Acid Kandee Recordings is the result of a collaboration between myself (Torpex) and Germany's DJ In-D (1/2 of the Ultravibes duo). We're aiming to release quality, high-energy, dancefloor-smashing UK hardcore in many of its flavours and on a full range of formats: 12" vinyl and digital (CD singles + MP3/WAV).
AK001
The first Acid Kandee release is a 3-tracker featuring a storming selection of hardcore by Ultravibes - the veteran duo hailing from Germany, whose release history covers such labels as Warped Science and Essential Platinum.
The A side of AK001 is all about the massive remix of Neoclubber's "Dreams Come True", a delight for those who like their hardcore vocal and euphoric. On the flipside the German wizards go wild with two edgy UK hardcore tracks - the powerful "Drugs" and the not-so-cheesy vocal & guitar laden smasher "This Time".
AK001 12" vinyl is due out in November 2009, distributed exclusively worldwide by Icon Distribution, with digital releases (CD singles + MP3/WAV) to follow very shortly afterwards.

'Dreams come true' isn't a bad track, sounds a little but commercial to me but still got a good beat to it none the less.
'Drugs' is an awesome track, really liking this!
I absolutely love the track 'This Time' although I have to be honest and say the Supreme & UFO version just can't be beat.
All in all, which you the best of the luck with the new label and many more future releases to come! :)

I remember them from the 08 yearmix, and enjoyed them all, esspecially 'This time'

I notcied on Andy Dee's SoundCloud that he and Ultravibes have a collaboration forthcoming on Acid Kandee. I'd actually never heard of the label, googled it, and ended up here.
So.....what's going on? Set Your Soul Free (the tune I just mentioned) is seriously good. And I want it!

Mate, how weird is that - I just noticed that track earlier today. What are the fcuking chances?! I re-started this thread yesterday, years after it was created, then 24 hours later a tune is released! Madness.
Cool remix, too. Remember Pulse posting a clip a few months back.
