trippnface WHAT A ****ING SET

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyYNKk5_W1k&t=2078s

This blows away dubcore, electrocore, hardstyle core, whatever watered down core we been fed the last 10 + years.

How is not a single hardcore producer/dj jumping on this style?

Anybody link more tracks like the stuff here?
Samination because 99% of this isn't Hardcore?

In fact most of this sounds like a hybrid between Drum & bass or Dubcore. Truly awful.

Yes this is bad, yeah many tracks are like a hybrid of those styles. We don't want UK hardcore to return to the dubcore style there was about 10 years ago (Clubland Xtreme Hardcore 9)!
Samination I think Breeze still thinks we should :P
trippnface yall tripping dick

hardtek/jungletek is nothing like dubcore

not even remotely similar.

I think you guys forgot how bad dubcore was.
trippnface 40: 50 dubcore? pshhhhhhhh not even close

7:38 dubcore? nope

26 : 15 dubcore nah dude

the **** you guys on

might not be UK hardcore, it's hardcore though.

besides, dnb & hardcore belong together
trippnface .
trippnface You & I for example?

nothing like it

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5EQSpS5WvdI

also, incredible mixing
Samination 20:50 <- if this isn't similar to dubcore, then you're just as deluded as rafferty when it comes to what makes good Hardcore.
DJ_FunDaBounce Been checking out more mandi sets and I've gotta say she definitely has her own distinct sound. something every producer/dj should aim for, to begin with.

you guys are trying to pigeon hole her style too much. :P
Sulphurik I'm not sure about having this style of drum n bass to be played with hardcore but some drum n bass tracks could work with hardcore in a DJ set.

It has worked before with DJs such as Demo, DJ Ham, DJ Fury playing drum n bass tracks in some compilation mixes and likely in DJ sets. DJ Demo played drum n bass/jungle tracks in his Off Yer Nut 2 mix. DJ Fury played a drum n bass style track Slam & Helix - Sikkakiks which worked well in that mix.

Breakbeat style/rave breaks tracks do work with mainstream UK hardcore ones.

Because None of that is drum n bass. I dont like calling it Hardcore, but that's how Hardcore that just came out after having split out from Jungle sounded like.

Yes I know what you're saying. Those tracks are breakbeat hardcore but some sounded quite like jungle. Those tracks aren't my favourite style of hardcore but still sound decent. I also liked the breakbeat hardcore with kickdrums that was around at the same time.
