-I can't stop raving...
happyraveruk i love chilling out to intelligent and melodic drum and bass - if i'm raving on a saturday night, we have 104.3 fm - ruud awakening in london, which on an early sunday morning have a chill-out show. luv it to the max. they play some of the jazzy and intelligent stuff, but it isn't just drum and bass, they play a whole variety of chill-tunes like future sound of london - papua new guinea , and orbital - belfast - these r probably my 2 favourite mellow chill-out tunes.

oi bungle - that's it mate - just take it easy - u've had a good night's ravin, don't over do it - just chill back.

i'm normally with quite a bit group of mates - well i woz b4 they all went up to bloody uni, and we'd just skin up for a few hours and reminice about the night - and eventually make it to the land of nod.

i got a mate who has a crate full of mellow chill out drum and bass/ old skool. ya know stuff u can just chill to - he's made me a few mix tapes, which are always helpful - nice to come down on.

You look like you're in another world, but i can read your mind. 4 o'clock in the morning, and it's starting to get light.
NightSoul chill out 2 the sound of *pink floyd*
and smoke away on the hubba bubba / bong!, just got a new alien bong, £20! not bad for the price, it was the one that i was looking for, but that was the cheapest i could find!!!!!!!!

Remember when you were young, you shone like the sun.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Now there's a look in your eyes, like black holes in the sky.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
You were caught in the crossfire of childhood and stardom,
blown on the steel breeze.
Come on you target for faraway laughter,
come on you stranger, you legend, you martyr, and shine!

You reached for the secret too soon, you cried for the moon.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Threatened by shadows at night and exposed in the light.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Well you wore out your welcome with random precision,
rode on the steel breeze.
Come on you raver, you seer of visions,
come on you painter, you piper, you prisoner, and shine!

Tyrant No one knows where you are....
how near or how far
shine on you crazy diamond

pile on many more layers
and i'll be joining you there
shine on, you crazy diamond

and we'll bask in the shadows
of yesterday's triumph
sail on the steel breeze
come on you boy child
you winner and loser
come on you miner for truth and delusion and shine....

Ahhh.... pink floyd. I used to listen to them so often. I can still get lost in some of their albums (dark side, the wall, meddle, atom heart mother, the final cut, *drools* hehe)

NightSoul
Learning to Fly
Into the distance, a ribbon of black
Stretched to the point of no turning back
A flight of fancy on a windswept field
Standing alone my senses reeled
A fatal attraction holding me fast, how
Can I escape this irresistible grasp?

Can't keep my eyes from the circling skies
Tongue-tied and twisted Just an earth-bound misfit.

Ice is forming on the tips of my wings
Unheeded warnings, I thought I thought of everything
No navigator to guide my way home
Unladened, empty and turned to stone.

A soul in tension that's learning to fly
Condition grounded but determined to try
Can't keep my eyes from the circling skies
Tongue-tied and twisted just an earth-bound misfit.

Above the planet on a wing and a prayer,
My grubby halo, a vapour trail in the empty air,
Across the clouds I see my shadow fly
Out of the corner of my watering eye
A dream unthreatened by the morning light
Could blow this soul right through the roof of the night

There's no sensation to compare with this
Suspended animation, A state of bliss
Can't keep my eyes from the circling skies
Tongue-tied and twisted just an earth-bound misfit.

thats the classic pink floyd track i wake up 2 every mornin, dont use a clock alarm, the hi-fi is my wake up call with learning 2 fly, just playing in the background,

you just get lost into another world

ket Phosphor, Massive Attack, Enya, Halou (loop in blue from Audiogalaxy.com - hosted band) absolutely rocks! And if you can get hold of it - Adiemus - Songs of Sanctuary are pretty cool as well..

aznwasian another person i listen too to chill is Enya... here songs are all below 80 BPM... but they have a nice toon.
