har-2109 Hi, I have done a short 10 min mix using tracks from the Helter Skelter vs Raindance Hardcore CD. I would appreciate any views and feedback you have. Thanks

warped_candykid wait...are these tracks taken off the already mixed cds? Or did you get the singles from Sound of Hardcore 2009?
har-2109 They are unmixed singles of some of the songs from the HS vs raindance rave nation CD

Mortis Forgive me but I'm going to be very blunt.

I found the mixing spot on but the overall mix was really flat. The style of tracks where dull, it didn't change in any way and overall was a really "safe" mix. This kind of mix does nothing for me at all.

This is just my opinion so don't let it get to you

100% right, not allot of exploration really. allot of mixes play commerical stuff, but the ones I enjoy are the ones that mix it up and dabble between uderground and mainstream and different genres.
har-2109 Fair comments "safe mix" just about sums it up really. I ve only been going a few months and am proud that I managed to last 10 mins without completely stuffing it up :L

Cheers for the comments, if everyone said it was good or alright, without expanding, Id never improve.
