JayHH86 Yo.

Finally got around to having a wee mix with some of my new tunes. This is the result. Probably one of the more diverse tracklists I've put together - as I continue to develop my interests in Freeform and Gabber. With the exceptions of Cocaine and 35 Cycles, I've never mixed any of these tracks before. I think it came out alright. Didn't over-do it on the Scott Brown tracks either. :-)

Length: 75 minutes.
Quality: 320kbps:
Size: 172.86MB
Download: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AAVF8XJA

Tracklist

01. Scott Brown - Fall Into Your Arms (Original Mix) [Evolution Records]
02. Gammer - Take Control (Original Mix) [Muffin Music]
03. Sy & Technikore - The Nerve Centre [Quosh Records]

05. This Time - Haywire vs Xlerator ft. Sharon F [Lethal Theory]

djDMS That's put me in a bit of a dilemna. I was planning on having all my arse hair plucked later but might have to listen to this instead - probably the least painful of the 2 options! :-p
JayHH86 Why don't you go for an all-out pain orgasm and do both at once?
djDMS I have a pretty high pain threshold but that would be too much even for me! Tracklist looks super sexy, possibly worth leaving my wife for.
JayHH86 lol, I bet she'd be so chuffed to hear that.

I've just listened to it all the way through properly for the first time. I'm really quite proud of it.
JayHH86 I posted on your facebook wall. If your wife wants to slap me - that's fine.
djDMS LOL!

She says you can have me.

On the download now, report to follow.....once i've found somewhere to live!
whispering If i didn't know better id say theres more between you two that meets the eye ...but i don't really know better.

Anyway, downloading...
JayHH86 I'd say you might be right Whispering.

Dean seems awfully keen to leave his wife.

That said, I'm happy to make love to him whether he's married or not.

This could be the start of something.......
whispering Started listening...
Beginning was good
I'm at 10 min at the moment and it reminds me of why i stopped listening UK Hardcore :P
Couldn't take it anymore, so fast forwarded to about 15 min, started sounding good again.
Never mind, some sweet vocals and the same monotonous beats and melodies are back.
26 mins in the monotonous beats are actually starting to sound mildly good.
Almost 28 mins in, the circus sounds, why god?
28,5 mins in, thank you god for hearing the prayers. The piano sounds really good.
33 mins in, sweet female vocals again ...yet again ruined by monotonous beats and melodies.
41 mins in, loving the beats, ace.
42-44 mins, fantastic beats and piano, now were talking!
49 mins onwards, freeformish stuff, digging it.
56 mins in, freeform goodness continues.
60,5 mins in god damn its good!
The rest was the regular semi good nu style gabber.

All in all, somewhat good. Though i did hit the fast forward button more then once :P

djDMS gave such wonderful words for so that i just had to listen it.

As far as UK Hardcore goes, still over half of my records are Hardcore. The new topics are just made of the new stuff, which i don't like as much as the old ones.
djDMS That's a fantastic mix Jay. Enjoyed it so much i told all my friends it was me!

Couple of tracks i wasn't massively keen on and i still find 90% of freeform to be really hit and miss but as a whole it flowed really well and i listened to every last second.

Definitely my favourite of yours so far.

SpiritWolf Enjoyed every tune in this mix burning this badboy to a cd!
Warnman Nice one, dude! A few crossovers were a little bit messy tmo (specially the one into "Boomstick"; the previous vocals didn't really fit in here), but your variety was very cool. I like this one more than your contending mix.
JayHH86 Ahhh you guys!!!

Thanks for the comments. Very pleasing to hear.

And yeah, Warnman man - that is literally the first time I've ever mixed Gabba, and it just looks a total mess on the wave form on Virtual DJ, so I made a bit of a mess on some of them :(

Dean, you got those divorce papers in order?
djDMS All in good time love!
JayHH86 I'd prefer my love, but yeah, whatever.
djDMS I'm northern, you're lucky you got that!
