Also Masters of da Hardcore - Dis You Right Now from Napalm Rave vol. III (worst CD ever ;P also Masters of da Hardcore sux big time) uses that sample but I think you're talking about Chosen Few - Name of the DJ since there's some counting (1,2,3) in the beginning.
