by DJ Promo (which would usually mean gabba, but its not)
i would say its gabba trance

i was saying that i think the *track* ur after is called What you Want by Promo

Possibly Hixxy & UFO - Welcome on RB1? At first I thought of the song from Happy Hardcore Foundation called "Welcome To The Future" but I don't think that ones too trancy.

Hixxy's 'Welcome' just has that word as the lyric, not "welcome to the future".
