JMaster852 I am working on a remix of the Airwolf theme into a hardcore or trance song, but have found a little problem. The melodies are all in 3/4 pattern instead of the normal 4/4. Could anyone recomend some songs that are in 3/4 or even some other beat patterns that I could use for reference?? Thanks in advance for any help.
Pandora I'm not to knowledgeable on this stuff but I think a 3\4 beat is considered a swing beat. If that helps any.

"I kiss your lips and close my eyes, take you away to paradise, make everybody see that I love you and you love me"
pacman very rarely done as people find it awkward and hard to dance to. in fact the only dancey song i've ever heard in 3/4 is artful dodger's think about me, which is 2-step (therefore breaky) anyway, so is much easier.

i don't know the tune itself (that you're talking about) but i would suggest maybe transforming it into a 4/4. this could sound terrible but might not. the usual ways of doing this are to put the 3 beats on 1, 2+ and 4. OR 1, 2 and 4. OR 1, 3 and 4.

virus its stupid to make a dance tune in 3/4 time.. you cant mix it with anything.. the only music style that is in 3/4 is usually waltz music. i dont think it would work to remake a 3/4 song into 4/4 it just wouldnt sound good at all

ummm.... are you sure?? i think you mean that they're in swing. that means each beat is 3 subdivisions, rather than the normal 2. i've not heard a 3/4 newstyle tune. i'm pretty sure you mean swing. i could be wrong, if i am please tell me some tunes i'd love to hear them.
