During my last school year I visited a summer course in Brighton and our course went to Brighton Pride 2002. I think none of us was homosexual, but all of us enjoyed being there. It was crowded by such a bunch of friendly people (which is probably the main reason (I already was tolerant before) why I personally don't feel anything bad about Homosexuals at all and demand they should have all the rights other people do have).
_Jay_ lol!
Mr SPARKLe LOL
Warnman Yes, I know! There are times when I turn into a true *******, but sometimes my flower child personality shows up.

What course was this that required a visit to Brighton pride? lol

After my week at HTID ITS last year I spent another week in Barcelona and Madrid. My days in Madrid were in the middle of their prid and so I went. Everyone said it is the biggest pride in all of Europe and holy shit I don't think they were lying. People f**king everywhere it was a bit overwhelming. And there were a lot of straight couples, a lot of locals there that went b/c it wasn't just a gay celebration, it was a celebration of humanity.

It was no requirement of the course: it just simply happened! We just decided to join a big party in this area and I don't regret it at all! It was a valuable experience! A couple of years ago I joined the CSD in Frankfurt simply to buy a something to drink and I was treated nicely again. Gay people even bump me in the clubs, but I always have respectfully told them my preference, that I'm not homosexual and it was respected by them as well directly.
I think it's much harder for them to live in this world!
