weba_d I recently downloaded a demo version of cubase SX, I have no idea how it works, i just want to put together a lil choon or two, to muck around on, do i need samples or WTF. in other words WTF are samples, all the devices's and choonz are still active in the demo version if that helps

Kaffine LoL! Cubase is mad confusing. There's too much to explain in a post but check out www.computermusic.co.uk and www.futuremusic.co.uk, they have good tutorials (in their magazines, at least... CM did a whole magazine just on cubase tutorials.)
