A survey just popped up saying it was an official happyhardcore.com survey, and asked me a few questions, nothing special, but then offered me free gift or something, but was just wondering if anyone else got it and is it legit? |

did it contain anything related to Hardcore? if not I would say it's fake |

No! it just asked a few random questions like, how often do you visit this site, how often do you spend on line each day, male or female, that type of stuff, but I think it is a fake, the prizes on offer were a weight loss supplement, a muscle mass supplement and some woman beauty product! and when my woman was on e-bay earlier i'm near sure the exact same one popped up for her but e-bay! but she quickly deleted it and I never said anything to her about it |

clearly a fake popup |

You have spamware / a virus on your computer, no banners or anything would do that on this is site and it is not legit. |

Download and install AdwCleaner ( http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ ), close all browser windows and let it do its job. In my experience it's miles above any other antimalware software out there - especially when it comes to browser-infecting shit. :) |

hmm lets see:
the money windows costs (hardware, software and learning) could be easily used to learn linux (and enjoy the advantages of a fast, reliable and virus free system). with the rest money you could buy some time to learn even more linux.
easy distro like ubuntu no need to learn anything.
i havent used windows since years and know what im talking about ;) |

Linux is not virus free, no no no!
Our AV & MW scanners bat off at least 1500 attacks a day on the Linux boxes! |

it's just a myth that Linux is better against Virus. It all boils down to the userbase. |

It came up there now again ffs! i'll have to say to the woman when she comes back, and prob just do what torpex said |
