Bad Corey Hey guys, I've got something special for you. Before you pass this off as just another set, take a listen, or take a look at the tracklist. This is not just a mix, this is my crowning achievement in my relatively short DJ career. Three decks, 52 songs, 73 minutes, every single song mashed up with at least one other. I apologize if this is in the wrong section, but I am insanely proud of this mix, and I want it to get as much exposure as it can. That said, I present to you: The Ultimate Hardcore Mash Up Bible.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s9XWeQ9ggcQ

Tracklist
note: A "+" in the tracklist indicates a mash up, with more +'s indicating further adding of tracks to the mash up. An "x" in the tracklist indicates songs that were mashed in an editing program, due to needing a 4th deck to achieve those ideas in live mixing.

Samination I might try listening to this when I get home, but here's just my first impression right now.

I don't mind some Makina mixes that are mixed this way, because Makina is build up that way. But UK Hardcore? And todays UK Hardcore that's usually extremely short? It kills they joy of listening to each individual track tbh. As a DJ, I wouldnt wanna ruin the tracks up to much. But I wont say to much until I actually hear this.

Also, there is a track & mixes announcement forum you can post these in later -;)
Kebab Head im actually going to download this :)
Kebab Head just downloaded it and OMG sorry dude but this is really shit..... the mixing is poor, i can understand its all a mash but could of been sooo much better tooo many clashes going on here and sounds like a train wreak and i've only listened to 10 mins
wong ' mixing is poor '

Bit rich coming from you wilky
Elipton I'm listening to this now and I think it's very well done. You're juggling a lot of music and I can't hear phasing, off-beatmatching and everything seems to work together. You've gone one better than Gammer by getting most stuff in key (the See The Light vocal was a bit off though). I'm only a little bit into the mix, but I'm enjoying it!

Wow your mixes must be immaculate then. I think this is fantastic! I'm working on something similar, but im not mixing it like this. I'm pre-mashing the tracks before doing the set. My mixing standards can't quite match up to this level lol
Kebab Head I dont pro claim to be a DJ and by looking at this guys youtube he does/is

im gunna do a reaaly bouncy mix tonight and it should be online tomorrow so will post a link..... im not a DJ but my mixing is getting better....

Cheers man! Yeah, I actually put a lot of effort into making sure all the mash ups were key matched and all the transitions harmonically friendly. I know what you mean though with See The Light, there one or a couple pitches in it that are a bit off, but I think that's cause it's a B Minor track being mashed up with a D Major track, which while very harmonically friendly, aren't exactly the same.

Thanks for the kind words the rest of you!

Lol I'm not a professional DJ. Hell, I've only been djing for 3 years haha. But critique me. Tell me where you hear clashing in the first 10 minutes, and I'll take a listen and see if I can hear what you're talking about.
Audio Warfare Do you have it as a mix so that I can chuck it on my mp3 player? Never have time to sit and watch long videos really!

What a ridiculous reply, did you even listen to this mix? there's no clashing, everything is in key, there's a hell of alot of skill being showcased here. Bad Corey put alot of effort into doing this and all you can muster up is 'vocals singing over vocals never sounds good'. If you don't understand the skill here that it's taken to do this, don't comment, because your making yourself look like an idiot.

Not at all. It depends on the quality of the source material and Youtube audio quality is poor. Doesn't matter what system you play it on (although a good one will do a better job of showing up how bad it is).

If you find the quality fine then crack on. The best you'll get on Youtube is 192kbps if it's using the highest quality settings. Personally I find that's on the point of starting to sound audibly lossy so it gets on my nerves. If I'm having to listen through some kind of portable speaker or cheap headphones then it's not so much of an issue.

I can assure you my audio setups are not the problem too lol. If you're running a run of the mill Sony stereo or something then you probably won't hear a difference on a 192kbps.

I said how I always thought that Wigan had a Pier, but never realised that it was a DJ. A good search revealed how Wigan Pier is not a person and indeed a venue on a pier.. in Wigan..

if u want anything more baffling how about wigan pier in Blackpool on blackpools north pier.... yea ****ed up right hahaha its the only time wigan pier has actually been on a eraal pier
