skarr ....of hardcore music ?

I can remember Sc@r saying on here a while ago that there about 10 'full time' hardcore producers, so i was just wondering who makes a full time living out of hardcore,dj's, mc's, producers and promoters, i reckon,

Darren Styles
Gammer
Dougal
Breeze
Hixxy
Joey Riot
Kurt
Squad e
Chris unknown
Fracus
Darwin
Klubfiller
Storm
Whizzkid
Keyes
Enemy
Static
Wotsee
Scott Brown

any1 think of anymore?
Claxton Dougal owns a nightclub too. That doesn't mean to say he could be dependent on Hardcore, but he does.

Also, Wotsee works for Newport County FC and isn't full time Hardcore.

Some people mentioned, like Klubfiller, also have things in other genres. Re-Con is obviously another example of this.

Captain Triceps Bunter, Vibes and Slipmatt maybe? Sy?

I'd say all of them aren't using production to make a living - mainly since none of them really produce anymore. Slipmatt gets a lot of quite big bookings. Bunter might survive off his Kool London radio thing
skarr I dont mean people who just strictly make a living from hardcore and dont do anything else, but people who earn enough money from hardcore that would equate to a decent full time living. i left re - con off cause he doesnt take that many bookings anymore, same with sy.
Your probably right with vibes hes 1 i forgot to put on the list.
Captain Triceps Yeah, maybe not production but I reckon they make a nice bit of coin from their bookings.
versia S3RL confirmed that he did in a recent interview.

He slightly reduced his BPM you controversial bastard!
ConnerIntenzifi I would say most struggle along trying to stay full time just off bookings.

I think only 5 or 6 tops would be comfy off bookings & the rest would just get by without doing something else.

I had dougal booked recently & he said he was involved in quite a few different things, he seem's a smart guy who invested alot from the beginning of his career in the 90's when the rave scene took off.

I'd often wondered this about Luna-C, actually.
Mickey Init I think on one of the earlier HU Podcasts A.B (I think) discusses how he made the switch to full-time.
Mickey Init I'd bet Al Storm would've been full-time at some point.
skarr I wasnt too sure about al storm, dont think he gets as many bookings as the other big wigs i have listed.

I bet he has at least a couple a weekend, maybe not always massive events but enough money to live off for the week.
latininxtc I think Al Storm easily used to be able to make ends meet when he was running his own label(s). Nowadays it's probably a bit harder on him, but certainly doable. It's great to see him doing 3 nights of Raver's Ibiza. Shows that at least some promoters still take him as a serious DJ and producer.
AceofSpades_Lorenzo Yeah, Al Storm produces full time.

Here's another name; CLSM(Jon Doe). if you include things like Mastering/Mixing Down/Engineering
brodster Rhythmics does music full time, he does music other than hardcore as well so I'm not sure exactly what is supporting him.
skarr Also ben x treme
