No expert on capturing from consoles but I watched your clip from start to end and it looked pretty good to me, especially when I notched it up to 720p!

cheers man the capture card i have doesn't actually capture in HD i had to try and up the quality a bit in sony vegas
i actually had a weird situation with youtube tho i uploaded it a few times and it would only ever allow me to watch it in 240p for some reason i guess it doesn't really matter if it's in HD or not anyway but i just want to try and make it look as good as possible since i plan on uploading lost of different stuff may even make some videos for my tracks/mixes etc just for fun
