-uploaded a new vid-

the first bit of dodgy hardcore in reaper.

once you get used to it, its alot better then fl studio, and it looks better, with alot better editing of automation "clips" as you get a whole track to use and can do all the small things

all you kicks, hats, leads, are still done in the piano roll and layed out the same as fl studio for the real who don't bother with sample cd's

you can also edit midi events after you have imported a file or track and play the preset on a vsti you want which it the track always going back to the default channel set in the file that was imported

how to get your vst's and midi hardware working in reaper : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLu4u8jly0TwzW5Fohjw9y0BoqQ4JzewaD
Guest + the trail version never actually runs out, it just nags you everytime you load it up

http://www.reaper.fm/
The Stisk I use this, really good and really easy to use as well
Guest better if you have 1 of these

you can map everything on your vms4.1 too

won't be crying about too many buttons

axiom air is all you need, only uk hardcore uses chords, everybody knows chords get on your nerves and serve no place in music outside of pop

It's the relationship between single notes and chords which give music Life.

those 2 are obvious, in the electronic world, only uk hardcore and maybe some trance use chords, they don't flow through the brain as easy as putting up the voice on a pad instead

Rock/Metal never use chords, most guitarists can't even read music and know nothing about chords, they make up their own chords to get the trademark riffs, pop indy will use chords

putting up the voices, is where tone 2 gladiator steps in, along with if you want to make a track without analog sounding leads from back in the day

Guest if you have any spare PCI slots, these 4 port usb hosts work flawless without any power issues

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-Port-USB-2-0-High-Speed-PCI-Card-Upgrade-Card-for-PC-/190515197974?hash=item2c5b973816:g:SRYAAOSwm8VUuyLh

PCI slots probably won't be used for nothing else.....

pci-e cards all fail with my VMS4.1 plugged into them, and end up loosing power, and the VMS4.1 restarts, so then you have to restart traktor
ViolonC The more recent posts i read from you the more i miss an ignore button on this forum. You used to be a funny/trollsy outside opinion here and there but recently you just behave like blatant troll, know-it-all or wonky sales man. Lucky you this feature is missing...
Guest know it all, most of the drum & bass scene worked out the other half of my answers and those are the people who get signed to labels, when dnba and doa where big along with drum & bass itself

do ghetto nights and get paid in beer cos you know you'll probably get a blower, cos its hardcore

therapy sessionz will make a come back with hardcore in room 2 now bristol has no hardcore or hardstyle events left

if a club night is'nt too far away, who cares about being paid money, your going to be having a mix anyway, especially if your youth
Guest so if you have gladiator, you don't need chords, you can use voices, then play with the EQ on the mixer chain, and filter in gladiator

styles & breeze - sonic lead

Guest best looking themes from the first 20 or so pages

need to undock the mixer for most of them, and put it on another monitor or keep closed most of the time

Guest so if you have 1 of these

you only have to map the transport buttons to play and record, the arrows under the LCD still select vst library in a bank and preset without having todo anything

the knobs are abit slow and rubbish, but not as bad as fl studio, and the pads work alot better then in fl studio if you steal the FPC vst out of fl studio

click on midi note and then select learn to map the pads

Guest reaper plugin to fix your knobs sensitivity

put it at the start of your fx chain, then add the vsti, then go back into realearn and map the intercept control

https://www.helgoboss.org/projects/realearn/

only fixes knobs going for an up value, so i will post on the reaper forums to fix the step size for down values

0.5 min and 0.10 max makes the knobs on axiom air 25 usable while playing something live
Guest theres a new version of the above plugin, realearn, which is just the same as fl studio "link to controller"

some random fixes +down is working on relative mode so you can use your knobs on your keyboard while recording automation

graphics on the vsti your controlling is choppy when using hardware to control stuff, but it means nothing

It took 1 ninja's to process this page!
