Congradulations! I plan on buying 2 PT-2100's this summer and a Vestax mixer. How many vinyls do you have? Hopefully more than 5.
Since I haven't started spinning and beatmatching yet, would you want to tell me how hard you think it is to do as a beginner?

Be careful dave, records are like black crack!!! Once you get really serious about it you will find your financial status dwindling very very rapidly. hahaha but its all worth it to throw down some awsome tracks

Dont I know it, I was very close to becoming over drawn this week due to over doin the tunes, just managed a last minute dash down the bank to top it up before they tried to cash the cheque.

I would say in the last 3 months i have spent over $800 on tracks. But i gots me a pretty good collection to show for it.

one thign that helps save $$$ is having not having a consistent woman =P saves a ton of money and time where you can mix and check out new tunes ;)

Hey people, easy solution, do what i do...
take mums card when shes not lookin, and set up an express checkout on hmv, and then, write ALL the details down, coz now i can get a new record each week for free, and shes none the wiser, PLUS, i get more of a weekend to buy some, so theres another 3-4. and i can top up my phone whenever i want too. Only messin, STEALING IS WRONG!!!!!!! (only if your caught)...
