novaboy I just wanted to look at everyone elses opinions, of the cheeziest happykore song..

i think maybe Evolve - Sugar & Spice
Mansy Bounzz - Feels Like XTC, Cheesiest Vox ever
bent_bananna I Adore - (that raverbaby tune)
bulby_g I got some old tune with a riff that is a slight edit of the Nelly the elephant theme song... It is THE cheesiest hardcore song by a long shot heh.

I've got it on vinyl I'll have to dig it out to see what it's called. I think it was by Sunset Regime and others on that label with a dragon logo... RSR or whatever it is. Either that or it was on Jolly Roger Lite... I'll check later :)

That doesn't even come close to some of the older stuff I've got
warped_candykid "When I Close My Eyes"-Dougal & Gammer. Dougal & Gammer make some of the best cheesey vocal tracks!
bent_bananna warped candy kid, just ad a look at ur myspace, u shud be ashamed mate!!!
Hard Daze I would have to say seventh heaven by triple J. Runners up go to Hardcore Feelings and the Big Bang by vinylgroover
Pope C XXIII Hakke Und Zagen - Gabber Piet

Definitely the worst hardcore, though maybe not happy hardcore.

Should upload a sample tonight :)

Thought of another too... Remix of, "if you're happy and you know it clap your hands" :S Haha, that ones horrendous. I'll get a sample of that up as well.

*edit*

Saturday night remix has got to be on the list as well!
novaboy yesssssssss! i am now a junior member!

havent really heard any of sunsets stuff, only thing that rings a bell is that song crowd control with ramos, supreme and sunset regime.

and @ candykid, i dont really find the newer hardcore as cheesier, but if you mean vocals, it wouldnt be far off, but some old hardcore have reaaaaaalllllly cheesy vox, like dj daydream - falling over the moon, or vinylgroover remix of toytown... perhaps dougal & dna - tranquility?
chappy_hardcore Natasha Begindfield - I wanna have your babies!

...ooops erm....

DJ Vinylgroover - Wham Bam, cheesy one that!

Paul Elstak - Rainbow In The Sky

dr who (dougal) - Love Of My Life, absoloute tune but propa cheesy

Hard Daze

quote:
DJ Vinylgroover - Wham Bam, cheesy one that!

That song is actually called The Big Bang, it's the flip of Calypso Summer '97. But it certainly is a top contender, oh so very cheesy!
Dave Tee Mixmatt - Hold On To Your Heart

Nicky Modlin - Simple Love

are two absolute cheeseball classics, but to be honest I think the majority of songs about love, rainbows and how much 'we all love hardcore' that have been coming out recently top the lot

Back in the early 90's, Sharkey had a happier side to him before he started pushing the trancecore/freeform sound in 96/97 (possibly earlier)

Is that "I'm a Raver - Lipstick"

Sulphurik Alot of tracks mentioned haven't heard and some I don't want to!

Will add anything from The Party Animals to the list! They were actually very successful in the 90s. Some of their tracks I'll admit are ok but many contain too much cheese!
