Shades A challenge to all you MC's out there...

some people really hate what you do....

prove to us how much your loved & needed!

by doing an 'acapella' on the above subject & posting it back here in .wav or mp3 format

lets see what your made of.
TheOneNOnly I only dislike MC's who try to take the lime light off the music, make up their own lyrics that don't go with the song at all, and generally are just annoying and should stop talking.

Some MC's sound really good, most are god awful.

I agree completely. I might be listening to a live mix or be at an event, really getting into the tunes, then a crap MC who's off his face will come in and start mumbling some offbeat rhyme that ruins the whole thing. If I ever played at an event with a rubbish MC, I'd just unplug the git.
FingazMc I say 3 more posts before this turns into another Mc bashing thread...
silver Well actually if an MC released a series of acapellas they could be used by producers for tracks... could be an interesting way to do a track competition.
Project-Industrial agreed wif silver.. i done a track wif macca and dhd once... kinda my fault that they werent completed hehehe :P lack of concentration.. still ave that one wif macca somewhere but fak me ._. im completly outta idea's on it.. turned more nd more into crap.. hate when that happends on tracks =]

CiALiN maybe if someone was to make a topic...and people say whether they are in or out like the old remix comp thing..if it does manage to go ahead who will run it and how will the winner be decided?

That's what I figured as much.

So I put about 1/10000th of that into my pocket.
kathryn Arequest to mc's stop ruining top tracks with ya endless over repetitive ramblings.
Shades looks like the MC's have no argument........
Jester MC while i have writin a rhyme on set topic, i have not had the chance to record it.

also i point out the obvious fact that an acapella of one rhyme has about as much to do with hardcore mcing as a stick. i like the producer/mc colab competition better tbh.

oh, and no mc on the planet can win over people who think the whole thing is un-nessisary, and distracts from the music...which my audio response would be without anyway so...ya if i need to prove myself come to a show, at least few hundred people seem to think im ok at it...

i appreciate the opening to defend MC's though, seriously. i thought after the last slew of MC threads id never see another one on here for a year. ive come to the conclusion though that people on here dont hate mc's as much as its cliche that no one on here likes mc's...maybe i just havnt been on here long enough yet..

Jester MC ya i'll post it, you can even use it for a song if you like it..just gonna have to gimmie a little time..a day or 2...even if the threads dead i'll post it up and give it a bump
Shades no need to bump mate, i can do that.....

still no takers...... damn
