1. How much will it cost?
2. Will it come in a proper album case? I bought the Volume 1 from Juno, and was disappointed that it came in a plastic sleeve and a (glossy) paper sleeve. |

It's going to be released in a plastic jewel case. The release will still be as cheap as possible, but it's likely to cost a little bit more than the first volume. |
