Quicksilver I've been in a 90s trance mood for a few days now. Wasn't that just lovely, relaxing and hypnotic most of the time? I wasn't a big fan of the genre back then (I loved Alice Deejay and Vengaboys, pretty much just that) but discovered a lot of it over the years.

Please try to avoid embedding if you're gonna add a few tunes to the thread, better to copy URL and type [ url = paste here ]song title[ / url ] without the spaces.

Just today I've been really enjoying Alice Deejay - The Lonely One, Vengaboys - Paradise... (I like to think of it as trance despite it not being 4 to the floor), Snap! - Rhythm Is A Dancer, BT - Flaming June and Haddaway - What Is Love. Oh, and almost forgot: Leftfield - Song of Life.
Warnman I think you're more looking for Eurodance/Dance, because most of the listed tracks are.
And to my opinion the best Trance was produced from the beginning of the 90's to the middle of the 90's (Hardtrance) and around the millenium (Progressive Trance/Dutch Trance).
And yes, BT - Flaming June is a great tune!
Quicksilver Yeah eurodance was good, too, though exception for Haddaway and Snap those I linked were trancier than the average eurodance. Check out the instrumental stuff from Vengaboys, a lot of trancy stuff there.

Really liked these ones! Some I've heard iterations of in hardcore. :)

These are little more psy-orientated, or well freeformy... ;) I liiiike!

latininxtc One of my all-time favorite Trance mix CDs was definitely Clubber's Guide to Trance 1999 mixed by ATB. Here's a playlist of both of the CDs

and a better description of the tracklist

Quicksilver Here's two other favourites of mine, both from Lab 4 (hard trance):

Mind Control
Dreamland

If you like freeform, I bet you'd like these tunes. Really good music!!

If you like this you should definitely start to ceck out more German Harttrance from the beginning to the middle of the 90's.
Quicksilver Got any example?

Also I encourage you to scroll yourself threw the recommendations which are listed on the right side of youtube.
Lilley Have a run through Meke's and Yoko's flashbacks. All acid/hardtrance from the mid 90's. They both had regular sessions on DI, every month for 3 years I think. So there could be 36 from each, 72 in all. Not too sure on Yoko, but there is definitely 36 from Meke.

and, arguably my favourite track with possible exception to listen carefully

Samination Nostrum - Night in Motion (remix) is such a nice track. And I've listen alot to What Is Love lately, mostly because of the short playlist Saints Row 4 has :P

Jones & Stephenson - The First Rebirth

True! How could I forget to mention this one as well.

Another one from Jam & Spoon:

Age Of Love - The Age Of Love (Watch Out For Stella Club Mix)

Lensherr right
Lilley If that is mid 90's, I'll eat something that I shouldn't.

Nope, it's from early 90s.

And here they are:

Lilley Cheers mate.
Warnman Apple Juice - Raving Together (Original Mix)

Atomic Mage Try these tunes. All of these tunes are mid to late 90s trance tunes which were some of Germany's greatest anthems. :)

Warnman Not that a good mix, although the tracks didn't reach the energy of the slightly older Hardtrance. This is not bad at all, because this was the music I turned myself to after 1997.
DJ_Dawn and a little shameless self-promotion ;)

a mix I did in 2001 I think that fits right in with Meke's and Yoko's stuff. All vinyl of course

Warnman Another classic from 1994:
Jens Lissat - The Future

Quicksilver I had totally forgotten I made this thread! now I have a lot of catching up to do! :D
