skankineddie666 We are at the very end 2014 which has been (In my opinion) an amazing year for hardcore. Since we are soon headed for a new year. What do you think 2015 will bring ????

I've heard rumors of another Al-Storm Album for 2015

Also, it appears Thumpa mentioned another Album in 2015.

...Scott brown could release a new album in 2015 since he's producing hardcore again..

of course these are only rumors, but things are starting to surface which are making these more likely to happen.

What are your predictions for 2015??
CDJay Sounds pretty likely to me.

I predict the genre will continue to expand and flourish outside of the UK, and will either make a spectacular recovery or crash within the UK.

We have some fairly ambitious plans...

CDJay
Ken Masters I'm really excited about what 2015 has in store, both with personal plans & the scene activity in general. It's been a crackin' year & I hope we see the same sort of release activity, so long as Jon doesn't put himself in a mad house with stress related illness!

Oh yeah! & Kevin Energy's coming back! Christmas = Made.
versia HHC will be getting even bigger in America.

Scott Brown album (hopefully).

New producers no one has heard of taking the scene be storm.

Freeform will get bigger

FW start to fade away.

Those are my hopes anyway.

Take it at face value, even if something like 50% of the people that like hardcore music are listening to our station look it as a cross section of the listeners out there and where they are located.
Elipton A lot of us have reasonably popular Facebook or Youtube channels, it'd be nice to have a statistics thread to compare numbers. Perhaps we can draft out an average. Always advantageous to know who your customers are and where they live. It's simply geodemographic research :)
Cyrax That LatinXTC will get married to Silver
Audio Warfare I get more activity on the Audio Weaponry Soundcloud from America than I do the UK. Always surprises me. Probably a lot more Hardcore listeners there than people think, just spread a bit thin as it's so big I guess.
Thumpa We will get freeform on at every HTID event and get it on at Westfest again (2014 was a bust, they weren't up for it) and we will get it on at Uprising and TLI for the first time.

There will be loads of albums from HU, an album from ReBuild and an album from Stamina. That's my predictions!
The drunken scotsman Can't really see anyone stopping Dj Flammy to be honest. The one to watch in 2015

I predict there will only be one Rebuild album this year, and it will definitely be the very final last one ever amen.

Really? I heard something about him playing EDC but nothing about an album.

Oh, you jokers. He has already been signed to AAtW. Will make a remix of that DJ Rankin & Akon track from a few years ago

Dang that is sad news :(

You have to go out with a bang!
youngson Scott Brown willl grow his best pony tail yet.

Hixxy will get fatter.

Gammer will have another rediculous beard.

Mc Storm will piss someone off.

Freeform will still lurk in the shadows.

All line ups will be predictable.

ZING
Mickey Init A return to hard kicks across the board would be nice. Technikore's still using them - I just hope they come back in fashion.

Re-Con & Squad-E could get back on the collabs, too.

The TNC back catalogue being available digitally would be the highlight of the year for me #jibbajabba
Vladel The negative:-
FW will release less music
Brisk won't release anything
Unknown will ruin his legacy even further
Breeze will still be around
Al storms dreadful remix of Come follow me will still be in my memory
Beatport will still list hardcore with that dreadful slow rubbish techno as they call it

The positive:-
KEV ENERGY!!!
HU can continue as they have this year
Magic Chord are back
Powerstomp will get even bigger!
Maybe more Klubbed-Theory tracks
Brisk might release something
Al storm will make good tunes
Hard kicks coming back would be good
Elipton might get his head out his a*** and make some more At peace
Hopefully more Ranzor
Maybe that Chris fear and Ajay remix of on a high might get released
MC storm could lose his voice (there's probably a lot hoping for this one)
A long shot i know, Sy could start producing with someone again!

I'm full of hope

More than likely it will be Sharkey again. And neither 2 releases will be an album, not even the one he didn't finish with HU
Bee-Trax At the start of the year 3 'top tier' DJs will run for PM of the UK in the 2015 election. All three will stage a TV debate which will be interrupted by several teenagers who decide to dramatically announce their retirements from hardcore.
David Dimbleby, chairing the debate, gets into a fist fight with one of the candidates after remarks are made (and misinterpreted) about the candidate becoming "even larger" in the scene.
Eventually the first of the three debates is cut short after it becomes clear that most of the audience are aspiring MCs. The TV goes black shortly after showing a shaky distorted upside-down live-feed of what appears to be MCs clambering atop each other for the single mic whilst yelling MC Storm lyrics in panicked and tearful voices.

A mistake is made on the Radio 1 lineup, resulting in Kutski presenting a new breakfast show called "award winning freeform" whilst thumpa is hired on to air a brand new show titled "world's greatest hardstyle DJs"
Toward the end of the year a handful of teenagers who had announced their retirement amaze and wow the planet to it's core by staging a "mass comeback"

A producer tells everyone that he is making a song, and that its really really good.

After a heated election campaign and a record voter turn out of 100%; all 14 voters sit in stunned silence as the shocking (but not wholly unexpected) result is called.
Bonkers 7 takes it's place at No.10.
_Jay_
LOL.
