eddiewould You're The Feeling ... CHOON! Never heard this track before.
eddiewould I've heard "Land Of Dance" playing while I was waiting for my class to start. Man that track goes on and on and on and on...
Triquatra lol yeah! its all punches too, very tireing. I prefer the kick's and crunches personally!
the final part of the track has 129 punches in a row or somthing crazy like that!

wow thats great, how long did that take . thats roughly about how much i wanna lose
Triquatra hmm, I would say about 2 years in total - It would have come off quicker if I had started off body combat earlier.

at the start I just changed my diet, because I was too unfit for real exercise, when I had lost a stone or so I bought a running machine and started running for 30mins each day after work and coupled with my new eating habits i lost another stone carried on like that till I hit a wall at 13 stone where my body simply didn't want me to loose any more..coupled with the fact my legs don't like running I got stuck there, then I started body combat (about 3 months ago...since starting that I "broke" that barrier and dropped another stone and a bit!

big thing is the food intake though, "dieting" is no good in the traditional sense..as you're supposed to come off them eventually - you just need to change the way you eat day and find a food routine that is tasty, healthy and enjoyable full of bits of food you enjoy, but not too much of it.

if I waver from my "normal" diet for more than a weekend the weight starts to come back pretty quick - if you've been good for say two weeks, you can afford a weekend of binge eating. makes the weekends all the more enjoyable.

if anyone is interested in trying it have a search for "body combat 34" and "body combat 51"
and anything in between - do the workout exactly as they are doing it, and put loads of effort in.. or you could join a gym that does it!
wong thanks for the reply , i will have a look in to it. i did join the gym last year but i just didnt have the time in the end . thanks for the advice
Warnman Hmmmm.... I am seriously thinking about starting Zumba...
Claxton There's a few dutch/gabber tracks as well isnt there? My mam does it and she recognises loads of hardcore because of it when I have it playing.
latininxtc Ran into the Body Combat videos online the other day. I think I might have to attempt one of the workouts. Hope it doesn't kill me.
Guest so none of you watch telly shopping at 4am http://shauntfitness.com/
Audio Warfare Nope. I do go the the gym and they play the same shit 20 chart tracks on repeat. Thank god for headphones.
Triquatra No TV license here so no chance of that happening.
Guest this is all you will have for 4 hours on most channels

you can buy the complete dvd set in amazon nowadays http://www.amazon.co.uk/Insanity-Ultimate-Workout-Fitness-Programme/dp/B002QZ1RS6/ref=sr_1_2/280-5449993-2113853?ie=UTF8&qid=1430168291&sr=8-2&keywords=workout+dvd+insanity
latininxtc Where's the hardcore? I hear none.

Sc@r Les Mills use alot of hardcore in their sets and call it the 'power track' try the body combat classes. they are so much more fun the body attack :)
eddiewould Getting a track into a Les Mills release must be a decent revenue stream for producers? My gym (Les Mills Extreme) plays releases as far back as 50 (we're up to 80-something now, quarterly releases).

Hearing tracks you like really makes the difference in terms of motivation. They were on a dub-step kick for a while - thankfully, that appears to have passed!

Couple of tracks I reckon would work in BodyAttack (possibly BodyCombat too)

* Splash - Blame the moon
* Scott Devotion - Positive Energy
eddiewould Some more tracks from BodyAttack:
