Is this a reverse Bonkers or something? 2 Freeform and 1 'UK' Hardcore album?
Also, what track is "Dougal and Gammer"? |

I'd say it's CD1 UK hardcore. CD2 UK Hardcore/Freeform, CD3 Freeform
It transitions between the styles, Thumpa and A.B always play more ravey upfront stuff in their sets.

Interesting to say the least. Something for everyone on this. The more compilations the better in my opinion. |

Is Happy Hardcore Underground 2 still an upcoming project? |
CDJay |
We're not actively working on it, although have sketched out some ideas and keep amassing potentially suitable material.
My guess, at this point, is Q4 '16 or Q1 '17.
We *are* working on something else, in parallel with the Blu-ray, which is intended to land before the 10 year album. Early days, more to follow
edit: Should mention that HHU is running very low on stock, I believe there's less than 70 left! It's been a very well received project, and we're committed to a follow up as soon as we feel it can be done to a standard we (and you!) demand.

I'd guess the D&G tune is Kryptonite. Just a guess, though.
HHU2 would be amazing. We need more Vinylgroover! |

Mob / Enemy - Lift me (license - Mob)
Nice track and has a Porter Robinson style riff. |

Your sneering would be infinitely more warranted if UK Hardcore didn't sell nearly as many CDs. and indeed units, as other genres can despite being a seemingly smaller genre. It does, though. That's why there's nearly 40 albums released in the past *3* years. All glass mastered; IE 500+ units pressed. I've said all along, we'd rather have ~2000 people who actually give a sh** than 100,000 casuals who are in it for 3 months before genre hopping.
IE Feel free to STFU

everyone on here should quit crying about the current scene being crap and dead
drum & bass dead, trap dead, dubstep dead
hardcore is the only scene left, to be big and not full of nerds, if uk hardcore does'nt do it, hardcore will, and uk hardcore will be left having to put uk hardcore on all the flyers in the uk
bangface is hitting bristol and rubbish lakota https://www.facebook.com/events/1637799859872952 if you don't have casuals buying music on itunes or google play, nobody would ever know about uk hardcore

It's just a bit of fun chaps, something to dance around the living room to! |
Guest |
exactly, theres alot more of those on itunes and google play, who randomly buy something before going to the gym or out jogging when sat on the sofa bored the night before |
Cyrax |
Take it easy Champ. maybe sit this next one out. |
Guest |
chickens, you will have ken masters out doing you |

Can't wait to get the album :) Been listening mostly to gabber lately so some uk stuff will be a nice change.
Some people will never get the appeal of buying psysical albums but to the people who do like collecting stuff cds/vinyls are something else than buying a digital album (even if at least 75% of the music I buy today is digital it's just not the same thing). |
Guest |
digital is'nt the same if you buy the EP or album, but most tracks are rubbish, so buying single is better and costs less, and you can re-engineer them when most of them have been mastered with some rubbish ozone preset |

Freeform is not my usual bag. However
WOW!!!!
How good is Rikki Arkitech & Cyrax's mix!!!
Big ups.
Good selection from Scott Brown.
I wasn't really feeling CD 2 on first listen, but I will try it again, could have been my mood. (Suprised me really because I think A.B has been on top knotch with his productions in the last two years.)
Overall another good album from HU.
