This basically comes under music production but can incorporate other things.
i was thinkin since people ask for music production programs so much, maybe you can make something of a download page. things that people could use to produce music, maybe have a soundboard or something?
turn it into a sticky topic and avoid countless topics of music production popping up (not having a dig at anyone but basically it'll keep the number of repeated topics down).
