just do this exact thing:

Get the wave you want changing

Reverse it

Add delay and reverb and echo till its good

Reverse it again so its back to the normal but with the reverb n that on backwards

Then export it to wave

You really should use a proper sound editor, floops aint exactely a wave editor is it?

he-he-he, thats pretty sweet! it entertained be for about an hour (it's ashame i should av been revising tho!)
i can recognise that effect from a few films now, and it's quite fun if you change the pich to somthing lower, so it sounds evil!

Here's a good one :-

Speed the vocal up timewise and pitch it down
and vice versa

another good trick using this method is to add a low volume tight delay BEFORE you reverse it...
now once ur delay is there, copy it and start a new one, now drop the pitch all the way down... add a low volume 100 wet verb onto it, and mix it back into your original (so ur verb is low while ur original remains the same)
now reverse your original and do the reverb trick again...

another trick is to add a long delay, now go thru your delay and reverse them, but leave ur original untouched... hehehehe

oh and u can use hyperprisms pitch changer plugin which adds a pitched delay to ur sample... i actaulyl made my girlfriends voice sond like satan using that.. LOL

also theres PiWarp, which is fuggin insane and Beatmodels chorus plugins are also quite astonishing.. by creating layers over layers hard to describe, i wish we could throw up some attachments!!

ive played with afew different toys and methods here and there :)
its all good and its all fun!!

ive found some new tricks while bummin round..

if ur using Soundforge, you have a "chopper slicer" effect already built in...
all u do is chop it then tighten the gaps so u get a wierd "drrrrrr" flavourev sample...
now time stretch it (u can use pitch bend for this) down so the gaps sound really f@cked up...
now add that reverb trick robbie suggests .. muhahahahah

another way is to get a VST plugin called chopper which is a virtual tempo'd LFO... slive and dive till ur happy, then add a different verb/flange/phase whatever to each piece...
really wacked out fun... :D:D
