That anabolic Frolic ends up getting the credit for thr tracks mixed on his h2bhc cds. A lot of noobs think that anabolic frolic made those tracks, and it pisses me off that credit is not being gotten where it is deserved!
Just seeing if anyone else is bothered as much as I am by this!

Well, to be fair, a few of the tracks on chapter 5 were his own productions, but yes, in general, some of the anthems on the moonshine series seem associated with A.F. rather than their producers. What bothers me more about the H2BHC series is that a lot of people take the series to be representative of HHC in general, when in fact it is only a very small and select sample of HHC styles and anthems.

Yes that bothers me also, but the thing with A.F infuriates me beyond end! If I made a track and everyone in the world thought some guy made it and not me, I would be a lil upset!

the tracklistings are on the back of the CD, it says who the artist is.. its not his fault..

i dont see how he is getting credited for the songs..

Exactly, I don't see why this is such a big issue. It's not like Frolic tries to trick people into believing they are his tracks...no need to get disgruntled over this.

I am not saying he is ATTEMPTING to get credit for it, but I do know lots of mp3s out there list songs like Shooting Star having the artist be anabolic frolic... I think the only reason it bothers me so much is because he isnt even a very good DJ, like there is a trainwreck in h2bhc #1, why in the WORLD would someone put out a CD with a wreck on it...hmmm

LOL

methinks your getting a wee to bit worked up over this.
Things you should think about,
A) everyone is new to the scene at some point and takes time to learn
B) MP3s ...LOL they'r unreliable what more is there to say...
C) If you have something against Frolic (We all know he can’t mix) don’t buy his cds.
Ya its too bad SOME people don’t realize Shooting Star was made Bang! but their new and they'll learn with time. Rather than get mad about it, try and help educate those who will listen :)

Ok those ppl who think he made those tracks r just dumb. However there is one thing that pisses me off.
I'm sure everybody's herd the song "This is the music i like" By Frolic, well It's actually by Force & Styles, he just bought the rights for it, and is taking credit for this track (witch is a wicked track).

My god how long have those mice been living your back fat?!?!?!

i'd just like to mention the people who find out about happycore and think "happy hardcore" is a band *blinkz* thankfully i don't see you getting angry at the genre for that.. as virus said, if they BUY the cd, they'll see it's a mix and all the various names of the producers.... MP3's as DG said are unreliable... and honestly who puts in their ID3 tag (or could fit)...
"Produced by Bang! Mixed by Anabolic Frolic, Track 2 HTBH chapter 3"

due to the nature of alot of the peer to peer searches as well it just suits things to be looked for that way... i do agree it sucks when credit is lost
but on the plus side... this way quality producers don't end up with alot of silly fans... only fans that realize happy to be hardcore cds are MIXES mixed by DJ anabolic frolic (though yes he has produced some tracks)

in any event........
potatoe :)

All of the people I know including me that have heard Anabolic Frolics mixes have never thought the tracks were his own. Just like hundreds of cd's made by dj's in any genre have always used other peoples tracks to mix on their own cd. I just like him because of the way he put the tracks together and the choices he used on his cd's. The people who think he created them are probably new to the hhc sound...and will learn more about him and the music just like we all did.
