Tiny Tot - Discoland is on what label? I'm thinking it's on Q-Dup?
I'm currently remixing this song in a trance style but need permission from the label and artist and also need the raw elements of the track so if anyone can help me out here it would be much appreciated!

If your sampling it you will need two things, permission to reproduce the lyrics and permission to use material from the orginial...

do you not go through the mcps to get permission?? or is that just to cover a song and not rip it

You have to go through the mcps to cover a song but to sample the track you need to also talk to the copyright owner (normally the label).
