Unfortunately I find myself having less and less time to do this job due to big projects I'm currently working on, which means a new moderator will be needed! (However, Silver, I'm still up for that one thing..)
Basically what you need to do is validating events, tag artists (like on Facebook, which will link to their HappyHardcore.com Artist profile, very easy), make sure events have the minimal required information, delete those that don't and eventually add events by yourself, past and present/future.
I say Silver should pick who ever he wants to do this (of the ones that apply for it obviously) and I can train the person once it's decided! It just takes 20 minutes or so, I will have to show you how to do it, what buttons are there for what, etc etc..
