Start your own small parties, get a bunch of your friends together and their friends to chip in do a regular event, with enough promotion and word of mouth you will get the party going and the music.
Buy records and start DJing yourself, spread the word of happy hardcore. If you havn't got the equipment find someone that does and use it...
You don't have to start big, the best parties I have been to are small.

what you do is you get yerself some decks and you scratch scratcg scratch, even if you dont know, just press on the recorde and push pull push pull as hard as you can, feeel the beat, dont hear it, but feeeel it, yeah man, bo, DJ Big Con Out
