ok, i used Easy Cd Creator 6, and using the disk-at-once method, i still get annoying gaps between tracks. Does anyone here know of a really good burning app that won't burn CDs with those gaps?? thanks

if you use ahead nero, don't set the gap to "0 Seconds", believe me it doesn't work. Set it to "1 frame" instead.

I don't know which version you use but my version 5 burns fine with no gaps whether they're separate tracks already or if I split up a mix.

If I'm just making a backup of an original CD I use Nero 5 to do a CD-to-HDD image copy, and then burn the image (just in case the original has skips and stuff).

If it's a long mp3 mix on my HDD, I adjust the volume and split it with Acoustica (into separate .wav files), then burn with Nero using disk-at-once and with 0 gap for tracks 2 and onwards. It works just fine, but for some reason if I tack some other tracks onto the end (to fill up space), then any playback problems I get will be with these extra tracks. *shrugs*

Mind you, both these methods require a fair bit of HDD space, but there's nothing more annoying than a CD mix with gaps and stuff.
