How do MC's become MC's? And where do they pick up the stuff they say?
Why all the pressure to sum up my life, my religion, my whole world in one line?
most mcs start off just saying other well known mcs lyrics. i started djing first but my decks broke and me m8 had a mic so i would **** around on it and say other ppls lyrics until i relised that i realy liked doin it and so started to write down my own stuff. you get good a freestlying by writing lyrics as yuo teach yaself more and more words that rhyme with each other. i never did any demos apart from 1. this got me my first gig and the rest woz from blaggin the mic at raves and getting my name around. alot of hard work has been put in over the last 2 years. i have travelled all over the uk and every w/e i will drive like 800 miles just coz of gigs. its the best feeling in the world when ya know you are controlling the crowd and atmoz at raves. i wouldnt stop doin it for anyfing.
oh and who cares wot mc really means. it means wot ever ya want it to mean. there is no offical anwser i fink

If I want to do it professional Riz and I do who do I seen a demo tape to? Its a bit limited here in Brussels

well if ya sending demos off then best start with the small events. look out for events starting up and have a word witht he promoter about mcing there. they may just say come down and we cna see wot ya can do. then its up to you to impress. best fing is get heard as much as poss everywhere. after awhile ppl talk and word gets round and then ppl start coming to you to get ya to mc for them. also if ya know any djs then get practice with them too as it helps alot when ya do get booked somewhere.
just stick with it m8 and it will happen

I dj as well so I record my stuff regular, figure I might have to do some trips to london to see if I can get some gigs or agent some where do you know any?

theres gonna be a few agencies starting up this year and alot more of my gigs are goin to be contracts. i fink this is the way its all goin now.

just way too many dodge doins goin on now
and yea its xpoected as hardcore gets bigger and bigger more money is involevd and sadly ya get ppl coming in who are only in it for the money or at least that is the main factor in there motives
