Does anyone know what this track is about. Brought it at the markets the other day. The track is by slipstreem, produced in England in 1992.

I thought it was the 'Walking in Memphis' tune, if its an original of that it's worth tons, I had an original I bought for 35 quid but it got robbed at Uni
