After much checkin around ....you might have not found it as it's not listed under "stars" as such but rather
Rockin' Party (Remix)

The copy I have is on Master Maxim Records (MM1019)
It's the 2nd track on the picture side of the vinyl entitled Stars (Rave Mix)
