When will a music magazine tell us the top twenty latest hardcore tracks?
I'm all for some 90's happy hardcore when I'm in the mood but fast forward twenty years later and there's loads of new talent. How about getting those guys some publicity?

Since the scene they inhabit seems fairly hellbent on ignoring them, expecting mainstream publications to notice them or the umbrella they shelter under is a bit on the hopeful side.
There's a lot that can be done, but it'll take a bit more unity and simple professionalism before it would do more harm than good

Whoever wrote it confessed on one of the listing that he like the breakbeat songs more than whatever made Happy Hardcore Happy Hardcore
quote: Force & Styles - "Heart Of Gold"
"Again, '96-'97 period happy hardcore which has lost the breakbeats and is focused more on 4x4, which I wasn?t a fan so much of. I still love the vocal though. If you were super high in a club this one would be very, very, very powerful."
If that's not being biased, I dont know what is

Haven't heard of a few of those tracks before, but seems more like an old skool collection rather than happy hardcore

Yep. The author pretty much states that he doesn't actually care for real happy hardcore.
The article title is a total misnomer!

So in his best of happy hardcore records he says this about Eye Opener:
?This track is absolutely awful, but it also just happens to contain, literally, one of the best if not the best hardcore vocal of all time.?
Eye Opener an awful track, don't think so!

The best happy hardcore tunes of all-time (Please note, in bold)
?I?m gonna focus mainly on the ?93-?94 era of hardcore."
*sighs*
Also, biggups on the whole "the tune's shit /almost shit, but the vocal makes it" ethos. Who is this gimlet?
On the other hand, I got a good chuckle from it.
*edit, or rather lack-of* - clearly didn't make the copy/paste transition and cannot be bothered to alter it. :)

"NRG ? ?I Need Your Lovin?
?This came out a few years before Baby D?s ?Let Me Be Your Fantasy?. I don?t actually know the story behind it, but the two are pretty much exactly the same, this one is better though.?
"
Gold. Absolute gold.

That bit made me laugh out loud!
Had to check twice to make sure it wasn't a joke article.
