This is a long shot because I haven't got much to go on.
At the start, with the beat, it sounds like it samples the start of DJ's Unknown - Vol. 5
I'm not even going to attempt to describe the next bit lol
The part after that has some piano with a guy sing whoooa, whooa, whoooa, whoooa
I know that sounds like gobbledegook hence the long shot.
I think I heard it on a Stu Allen set or a Robbie Long & Devastate set, can't remember
The annoying thing is, I discovered it a few months ago, but can't remember what it is :(

No it's not that.
I've been listening to all my old tape packs. The tape I think it gets played on is Stu Allen - Hardcore Uproar vol. 2
I can't find the tape anywhere and there's only 15 minutes of that set on the internet.
I'm going to continue looking for the tape today... hopefully it'll turn up.
