Mine did'nt make it through :(
I've decided to become a deep tech tribal house DJ instead..........
Unfortunatley I can't post up my mix because it's all split up and a few people gave me some unreleased music for it , will check out any other mixes people post though.

Yeah. The mixes were whittled down before reaching the judges.
HTID and myself are still the only people to hear my mix. I got asked not to release it for obvious reasons but a time might come in the near future where those reasons don't apply anymore.
It might be useful for future entrants to hear it. Although I wouldn't want to promote copycatism!!
Maybe it's best left hidden!

Is that still not an issue though that someone, who could potentially not be a fan and/or dj/producer of freeform, took it upon him/herself to narrow down the choices for Thumpa, who is a die-hard freeform follower and DJ and would know what a good freeform mix is?

I would imagine it's because F&D and Thumpa don't have time to listen to over a 100 mixes between them.

Just a thought on this topic; were any of the DJ's who won not from the UK? The winners were announced less than a month away from the actual event. It would raise concern that even if they won- there's a better chance the person wouldn't be able to get to the event. Is HTID paying for the winner's travel expenses etc?
