Agreed on the BPM, needs to be increased by at least 10.
It's clear that the likes of Darren, Dougal etc are trying to appeal to the masses by slowing down the track. If you speak to anyone who doesnt like Hardcore one of the main reasons they always give is
"It's too fast..."
Stop trying to make hardcore into something it isnt.

I don't understand their thinking. Dnb does just fine at 175 and never had to apologize. They are so bad at needing to know what the scene needs.

I was going in expecting a shitty tune but I kinda like it tbh. It's catchy and happy. Doesn't have some fantastic build-up where it sounds like it's gonna be the best track ever only to deflate like a balloon (*cough* Superhuman (Gammer Remix) *cough*).

Ok production, but I prefer Long Way Down. The male vocals in this one just don't do it for me.
Totally agreee, male singing vocals are usually not good in UK Hardcore. The only time a guys voice should be in a track is if it is a sample or rapping.
Get some fit bird with a good voice to sing.
Samantha Harvey would be perfect to do vocals on a Darren Styles or Dougal track instead of some dude. Probably one of the best vocalists I've heard. And she is from the UK.

I wonder what genre that will shittily attempt to replicate after they get bored of this half crap hardstyle stuff.
* and when are they going to raise the ****ing BPM up again?
so tired of this sleeper shit!
It will never be dated trance riffs again.. Those days are gone thank fark :) Agree with the speed though.

If I ever get off my ass and produce, there will be plenty of dated trance riffs for you to enjoy. And there won't be any worthless house/EDM sounds.

Go for it, can't see your sales being too good though. This is why Darren Styles is killing it. He moved on to something better. Edm/Hardstyle influences.
