how do you achieve this? is it just a case of sampling the reverb then reversing it and placing it infront of the singing or is there a proper way to do it..
I use FL8 btw

take a tiny clip (like, mad tiny, 32/64th note style, reverse it, put a big reverb on it, take that audio and reverse it back in place.

Its called Pre-verb.
Cut the first syllable of the start of the vocal.
Add loads of re-verb.
Cut the syllable out and reverse it and bobs ur uncle...

ive always called it pre-echo, i think thats back from my soundforge days.

doesnt even have to be that short depending on the effect you're going for
