In case you werent browsing the chats at 1:30 AM mountain time last night, my Numark TT-100 decks arived today. Off of eBay. And they work. Despite all of your skepticism! So yay for me, I get to DJ for not as much money as other beggining DJ's probably DJ for... or something, im tired and i dont want to use punctiationanymoreso HERE ARE THE PICCIES!

bah, only amatures use a mixer, i use 2 amps and 4 speakers. Its the future folks...

Still looking for a grundorf case (cause there isnt ANY space in my damn house, im going to have to store the damn things under my bed!), and I am almost done bidding on my Stanton SMX-201 mixer that I am actually going to pick up from a shop in denver to save 20 bucks off of shipping. THEN! I am going to buy 55$ in vinyl, and THEN!!!! the grundorf case... and THENNN!!!N!!N!N!N Headphones... and then I sell my body on the streets because i'll need bus money to get to downtown to play gigs. Which will be very far in future, BUT!!!!!11!!1! its a dream :D
i am totally psyched for all of this DJ equipment coming to my house! Yay!

How much are you going to spend in total?
And only $55 worth of vinyl...you can only get around 5-6 records. =( I guess that's okay for starters...

Listen to this guy, he sounds like me when I got my decks 
$55 in vinyl is perfect for the first buy. You can mix the A & B sides together and get very familiar with the tracks. Have fun!

I seriously need to convince my mother to get me decks before 7 days are up. There's this really good buy of some Technics turntables, that are a buy now or never deal! All I need is $600 to spend for everything. I have around $400 saved up + more money that my mom has...but she says i can only spend that money for a new wardrobe for high school...Yeah.

I'm not planning to pay for them. Heh. I'm hoping my mom and dad would buy them. As much as I would like to get a job to buy them myself I can't because you have to be 15+ to get your work papers here. I wouldn't mind paying either my mom or dad back once I get a job you know? I'd like to start looking for a job and call a few places up before I turn 15, which is in March, so that when I finally do turn 15 I can start working right away.

Mixer: Stanton SMX-201
Vinyl: 62.56$ worth! Thats 7 vinyls everybody! YAY!
Oh, and squishystar, GL with getting those decks. But it seems to me that your overpaying for those techs. Entire Tech kits go on eBay for around that. That means low end techs, speakers, mixer, amp, and a grundorf case. Check ebay, you might be able to do it sooner than you might have previously anticipated. Take it from me, eBay is safe. Just read the feedback and look for big piccies. GL!

They are on Ebay, but off course the bids are getting higher by the day.
And plus my dad just spend over 6 grand on who knows what, so dunno know this is going to work out. LoL
