Back in the 1990s I loved vinylgroover, his mixes were some of my favs. He dropped off into hard house with Trixxy but came back and he is still brilliant at what he does.
His label The World Of Obsession Recordings are releasing some right bangers, either by Vinylgroover himself or other artists. I have noticed that he has put a harder kick on his new track and I love it! rather than some other releases knocking about where the kicks just drown everything out, this is done so good.
Just wondering if anyone else has heard this yet?

This is literally what happened to Clubland Xtreme Hardcore.
Tracks barely have time to build up until it has to drop into a minimalistic style, and I find it friggin annoying.

won't deny that I might've scared away a few because of my negativity, but even without that, this forum is sadly verily underused.
Even if Silver were to modernize it, I doubt it'll pull in many new users :(

Absolute sheeeet.
1) the vox. Same old same old. Is it a chart ripoff or something? It's been done to the death and beyond.
2) the lead. Some leads were getting stale but this is at the top of that list. The melody isn't much to write home home either, same old.
3) the drop. Boring.
This is basically the sound down to a t (or the sound just after) hardcore died out. It's not the Vinylgroover we all liked. Might as well put Stonebank (or similar) as the artist and nobody would have a clue. Even then though, they've even mostly moved on from that template crap.
Maybe Vinylgroover has only just learned how to create that sound?
