I believe that Sy & Unknown have a tutorial about harmonic mixing on the quosh website - could be wrong though.

No they dont. They have some basic tutorials on mixing and scratching which are pretty good .

Ryan Guppy is the man for harmonic mixing, does he post here? I know he's posted a bit on the Quosh forum about it, mixing in key etc...

It seems to me that unfortunately mixing in key is something you're born with or you have to learn the really hard way. I've played/listened to enough music that I can now predict key clashes and know what I can and can't play after a track as I'm hearing it, but I couldn't point out which keys they were.

it is something you can listen for, but it's something you can learn too. there are a number of books on the subject, probably available at any nearby library. most music theory books contain at least a few sections on it -- i know i've read a few. however, truth be told, i'm still more likely to sit down on a piano, play some notes i like, and then look them up in a manual to justify why i like their sound together than actually plan notes around standard progressions and intervals...
