I just heard this track:
Driftwood - Freeloader
and it's got these lyrics which we all should know...!
"The Beat Kicks, Then I Start Rockin'!"
which is obviously from The Beat Kicks! lol... Did they get permission for these lyrics? Or were Breeze & Styles not the creators of these lyrics? OR... are these commercial lyrics for the use of anyone?

i doubt it's an original sample though, but i'm not sure what the legalities around using a short sample like this or other popular filler samples, does anyone know?

Obviously that's not an original sample, plus it's a different arrangement on the sample as well so i can't see there being a problem.
