it always sux when the break-up comes. As unexciting as it seems, I'd suggest you relax with people that you trust for a while. Its usually fun to get back in touch with folks, especially those that you might have been away from because you were spending time with the ex. Also, it gives you time to reflect and keep things like that from happening again. A Rebound fling ain't bad either though, just don't make it into a habit. Anyways, hope things turn out ok
