my computer is bad or that low end, would anyone know whats going on?
its making me mad, cuz i always forget to save my stuff

It's probably the PC. Mine has trouble handling a lot of Nexus layers all at once.

why dont you scrap nexus and be creative with 3xosc and z3ta+? :D
i got nexus recently and personally, its no different to all the other vst's other than the fact it has alot more preset things for lazy people...

I only said layer because you said you had about 4 others open too. Do like Tru Bass says and ditch Nexus for a better VST. Nexus is a great rompler but virtually no creativity is involved in using it.

im still figuring out the whole thing, i use nexus for my deeper leads, and my piano and strings... and i use z3ta for most of the others
so no one knows why it might be doing this?

Have you tried re-installing it?

hey atomsk, which version do you have?
nexus can become quite choppy if there are channels being used in the FL mixer, and if the reverb and delay are on in the nexus vst.
just be careful.. do things one at a time. make sure when ur pc shows signs of lagging or loading allot, save.

This. Try sylenth 1 also. Nexus is the devil.

You could always bounce the samples down, that would stop it from freezing or stuttering.

Try bouncing down the other Nexus riffs/layers that you have on the track and then try to add the new Nexus instance.

Good advice.
You may not have enough RAM to run that much stuff. What other vst's are you using? Those can have a factor in your problem. You might need more memory or just get a new computer.

LOL
Nexus is not the devil.
It's an incredible tool. People bash it because it's used to make popular music, and anything that is popular just can't be liked in the internet hardcore scene (note that I say internet)!

Meh. So is a VST like Sylenth, Z3ta, V-station, Massive, Albino etc. More so than Nexus in fact it just seems that those are the "difficult option" and we dont want that do we?
