Well heres my two cents!

When I first got Reason 4 I went out and bought an M-Audio Axiom 25 almost two years ago.

I would mess with it, occasionally discover something useful, but I'm a terrible keyboard player.

When I really got into hardcore a few months ago, I don't touch it. My first release, didnt use it once, it was never plugged in.

Now the only thing I'll use it for is designing sounds, like I'll just press a key while I'm creating a synth. I draw all my notes in a midi grid in Reason. It may be useful if you are a good keyboard player though.

Im a shit keyboard player and its come in handy quite a lot for me. Its about how you work, and you wont really know if it will add to your work flow unless you try it out.
