Hey guys,
This is might seem like a stupid question, but i'm new to dj'ing so gimmie a break XD. I just purchased a pair of Gemini CDJ 203's online and wondering... Would a burnt audio cd, with mp3 files written on it play properly or would the disc even play at all? Gemini's website saying nothing as to wether or not it can play mp3 files from a cd. If anyone can help me this delima, that would be great!

Hmm dunno how it is with Gemini Products, but my CDJ-800 doesn't read MP3's too, even tho it can play them if I burn them on an Audio CD. I think it converts them to WAV or something.

Yeah, probably should have checked before ordering instead of assuming, which could lead to mega dissapoinment. Oh well they still have yet to arrive so we'll see.

I have the cdj1000's when i first got them i burnt mp3 discs with 30+ tracks, but as time went on i have started only putting a couple of tracks on each disc! I much prefer to only have a small amount as it makes it quicker and easier to get the disc/track you want
