I found this out on ush, and heres a thread for us to pay our respects.
As this thread states; http://ush.net/board/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=252456; Moskalyk died of an overdose.
Rest in Peace mate.
Any word from Contraposition anyone? Latin said that the cops in Mesa found no one at the apartments that Conta stated so they closed the call, but hes not been online and I'm surprised that the other thread was closed so seemingly heartlessly.

i actually asked the topic to be locked, but it's still around in case something comes about it in the future. and damn u olly for spying my fb post lol i knew i should've typed that in tweak's inbox. i'd rather we not talk about the whole incident b/c i don't want any negative responses towards it.

We weren't close by any stretch of the imagination, but I still considered him a friend, and I will miss him.

You did the right thing in calling. And you said you'd update people. I was talking to Tweakn about it when he suggested asking you about the situation.
I've had allot of people die around me in the past few years, so I take stuff like this seriously. There have been people I knew who have spontaneously commited suicide, and dont let anyone know. I know what people such as Carl William Heindl (the remaining member) feels. Its a sad situation.
At least there is comfort in knowing it wasnt an overdose. There's nothing more distressing than knowing that someone has died because they were unhappy and felt they couldnt go on.
