will this give you all tracks unmixed and dj-friendly just like the majority of CYFIM albums? or is this just a straight mix?

yes. It's the 2 mixes, and the unmixed tracks
one or two of the unmixed tracks are edits ... at the request of their respective labels.......(but I won't rant about that just yet)
so yeah. Loads of unmixed in the package as well as the mixes.
