Take out the voice synth....
The drums need more "umph", the snare is so like bland, needs maybe some layering and reverb, and maybe just more volume.
Where is the bass? I hear barely any bass at all... Add some...
I like the "bruuuu" sound before the sub drops, but there are to many drops imho.
Do like your melody and progression.
It may be on my end, but I hear some clipping and some peaking.
The outro (3:10-13 (seems longer than that)), seems to be lacking pretty bad..
Over all I do like the song, just needs some tweaking :D
More dubstep from you, kind Sir?

yeah im trying to get better at dubstep becouse its hard to make but its fun :D but everybody knows my problem is that i dont take my time when producing, i have faith that ill get there tho :)

Really enjoyed that, well done.
Know as much about producing as i do 15th century crop rotation systems but i agree that it does seem a little lacking in bass and the end comes far too suddenly - but all the ingredients for a great track are there.

thanks :D i think dubstep is going pretty good right now i just need to learn the yeah sound or the iyyy so i can make some filthy stuff >:)

Yeah, more low end in the bass needed deffo. The drums are very basic, basic sounds used and not enough going on with them. The grove sounds very, erm... ungroovy lol.
That said I really like the other content of the track. With some improvements to the above it could be very nice.

Yes, I like it. Really nice. 
I agree with all that AW said but would add that the arpeggio has been over used and, imo, if you had another go at restructuring it you'd have something very special. ;)
