this tune is easily 10 times better than anything coming out of the major labels, it's just so much more interesting, shakes it all up a bit 3/4 of the way through with some nice bouncyness. I'm so tired of this HARDER FASTER mentality in hardcore at the moment, makes for some real boring dancefloor moments :(

It's the opposite of hard though!
My friend says this as well. that older kicks are harder. I dunno, older kicks sound bouncier to me, modern kicks give me a headache after a while, like the hard dance style ones. it's like they feel harder even though they don't generate as much bass
